When it comes to Elway, I went through the same transition that you did. Being a K.C. Chiefs fan, I had even more reason than you to hate him. On at least two occasions, I watched him beat the Chiefs when the Broncos were down by two scores with less than 3 minutes left in the game. But I found myself rooting for him his last two years when he won back-to-back Super Bowls. Especially after watching him lower his head and smash his way into the end zone for a touchdown.
